- How do I book a service?
- Create a free customer account, post a job with your service type, postcode and vehicle details, and approved drivers in your area will send you quotes.
- When do I pay?
- Once you accept a driver's quote, you pay a small deposit securely via Stripe to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is settled with your driver as agreed.
- Why are contact details hidden in chat?
- To keep every transaction safe and on-platform, phone numbers, emails and links are hidden in chat until the deposit is paid. After payment, full contact and address details are shared with your driver.
- How do I become a driver?
- Sign up and choose the driver option, providing your vehicle and coverage details. Our team reviews every application before you can start quoting on jobs.
- What happens after a job is completed?
- Your driver marks the job complete and it stays in your dashboard for reference. You can always post a new job whenever you need us again.
- Is RoadRelay available 24/7?
- Yes. Our platform runs around the clock so you can post jobs and receive quotes at any time, day or night.
